The "GA-6/GA-8" is a measuring device that sorts materials using sound waves. In a sealed sieve, sound waves create vertical and horizontal movements of air, which allows for the classification of samples placed on this air movement. Since the samples move vertically in relation to the sieve mesh, efficient classification can be performed without breaking the granulated materials. Additionally, mechanical pulses are applied in both vertical and horizontal directions, which help to dislodge any clogging. By repeatedly executing these three actions—vertical vibrations of air due to sound waves, and vertical and horizontal vibrations from mechanical pulses—accurate classification can be achieved. 【Features (GA-6)】 ■ By gradually increasing the sound waves, it first removes fine particles that cause aggregation, reaching the maximum set sound wave. ■ Just before the classification is completed, the sound waves gradually weaken, and a pulse dislodges the powder adhered to the back of the sieve. ■ Dry classification is possible down to 5μm. ■ Condition settings can be saved (up to 10 points). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
